How Does the Fundraising Program Work?

It’s simple.

Once your school signs up, we give you everything you need to promote your custom yearbook—from digital posters to email templates to shareable social media graphics. Parents place their orders online, and Calendria handles the printing, shipping, and payments.

We send weekly updates on sales and fundraising tracker so you can track your progress and keep your community engaged!

How Do I Sign Up?

You can sign up online in less than a minute. Just complete the form.

Once you’re registered, our team will get in touch with everything you need to launch your campaign—including your custom ordering link, promo toolkit, and yearbook design options. You can run your campaign for as long as you like. We recommend at least 1 month to maximize participation.

How and When Do We Receive Funds?

Every order placed through your custom Calendria link earns your school 15% back. We track everything for you, and fundraising payouts are sent within 6 weeks of delivery of your yearbooks and then monthly on an ongoing basis once your campaign has earned a minimum of $50. Didn’t hit $50 this month? No problem. Earnings roll over to the next month.

Want to end your campaign early? You’ll still receive any funds raised.

How Do Families Order and Support Our Fundraiser?

It’s easy! Parents simply clink on the buy now link to visit your custom ordering page and purchase their yearbooks directly. 

Orders are automatically credited to your fundraiser—no codes, no confusion.
