CALENDRIA FOR SCHOOLS
A shared understanding of the school day.
Give teachers, students, and families a consistent visual language for time. Begin with a focused classroom exploration and a clear view of what needs to connect.
Open school dashboard ↗Begin with a classroom use case.
Choose a teacher group and a lesson format to explore. Look at lesson stages, the visible current activity, transitions, and an optional recall break. Discuss what teachers and students need to understand at a glance.
Review the technology requirements.
Google Workspace permissions, approved integration scopes, Chromebook deployment, and school memberships are separate setup considerations. The public demonstration is not a live school deployment. An ordinary full-screen browser view should not be treated as a secure exam lock.
Decide what families should receive.
Plan which schedules and assignment details may be released to verified linked caregivers. Keep private household calendars outside school access. The parent experience is not a feed of classmates' activity or private student focus history.
Define a useful pilot.
A pilot plan should specify the available build, participating classrooms, setup ownership, support contact, and feedback method. Collect teacher and student feedback on clarity and practical use. Measure actual onboarding and use before publishing adoption or outcome claims. Contact Calendria to discuss pilot availability rather than assuming a launch date.
